“Top surgery” means “double mastectomy but it’s a good thing”. It’s one of the Big Goals for a lot of trans men (and female-assigned-at-birth non-binary people).
Being a relative outsider to most of the tech talk that goes on around here, you’d think I would know better than to use too much jargon.
